Nigel has 30+ years’ experience in both public and private sectors, working across London, southern England and the Midlands, as well as Oxfordshire.

He has played a key role in promoting many high profile and complex residential / mixed use / regeneration projects, working in collaboration with local authorities and other key stakeholders to secure viable new development.

He is also used to securing the strategic aspects of development, and working within various legal structures including joint ventures, partnerships and equalisation arrangements.

Nigel prides himself on developing strong relationships with both clients and planning authorities, applying innovative approaches to solve difficult problems, and always to achieve commercial acceptability.

Arron has 20+ years’ experience on planning and property related projects for a variety of clients including landowners, national developers, educational bodies, investors, business owners and public agencies.

He provides a range of services including the preparation of planning and development strategies, site appraisals, planning policy reviews, stakeholder engagement and public consultation events, planning applications and appeals, as well as examination appearances.

As well as having a strong track record across many parts of southern England, he knows Oxfordshire and the surrounding area particularly well, and has a close understanding of the key planning and development issues affecting the area’s future.
